I venture to again bring before the notice
of the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the
Colonies the circumstances
under which I was
Transferred from the medical service of
Trinidad to that of this Colony. I have pointed out respectfully
I accepted this post under
a misapprehension of the conditions attaching
to it
and that I have
lost seniority and status
in this service. These facts I have fully
stated in
communication
to which I would refer
as necessary. In
my letter
of October 20. 1903,
it would be
unnecessary to recapitulate.
My
wish previously
expressed (to Trinidad) would be borne in
mind.
